Representing a nationally known law firm, Caplan Cobb attorneys Mike Caplan and Brandon Waddell conducted a bench trial before DeKalb State Court Judge Stacey K Hydrick in a dispute between two law firms concerning the appropriate distribution of attorneys’ fees earned in settling a significant medical malpractice matter. Judge Hydrick’s order, which was issued today, awarded Caplan Cobb’s client the total amount sought.
