Caplan Cobb Continues its Commitment to Community

Caplan Cobb continues its commitment to the community through pro bono representation. Attorney Ashley Brown recently argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Ashley was appointed by the Eleventh Circuit to represent a Georgia inmate in a case brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging deliberate indifference to the plaintiff’s serious medical needs and deliberate indifference in hiring. Ashley has previously argued several cases before the U.S. Court for Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
