Caplan Cobb Files Retirement Benefits Class Action in Federal Court
Along with co-counsel Johnson Marlowe LLP, Caplan Cobb has filed a class action on behalf of a group of retired Athens-Clarke County employees. The suit alleges that Athens has failed to meet its promise to provide retirement health benefits for public employees hired prior to July 1, 2002. Mike Caplan and James Cobb are serving among the lead counsel in the suit.
