Caplan Cobb Honored at ACLU 60th Anniversary Event

Last night, the ACLU of Georgia honored Caplan Cobb for its work to restore and protect reproductive rights for women in Georgia. Caplan Cobb lawyers Julia Stone, Sarah Brewerton-Palmer, and Katie Gamsey, along with lawyers from Bondurant Mixson & Elmore, represented the plaintiffs in challenging Georgia’s six-week abortion ban. We are deeply honored and grateful to be a part of this important effort, and we look forward to our continued work on this front.
At the event, ACLU executive director Andrea Young presented Caplan Cobb the Dare to Create Justice Award. Partner Julia Stone accepted the award on behalf of the firm. It was an exceptional evening that included a Q&A with civil rights icon Andrew Young.
