Caplan Cobb Partner Presents Summary Judgment Arguments on Behalf of Georgia's Capital Defense Bar
On February 20, 2025, Caplan Cobb partner Sarah Brewerton-Palmer presented summary judgment arguments on behalf of Georgia’s capital defense bar in their breach-of-contract litigation against the State Attorney General’s office. The litigation concerns a contract between the defense bar and the Attorney General’s office about the circumstances under which executions in Georgia may resume following the COVID-19 pandemic.
