Caplan Cobb and Johnson Marlowe Obtain Approval of $14.5 Million Retirement Benefits Class Action Settlement

This week, Caplan Cobb and its co-counsel, Johnson Marlowe, successfully obtained federal court approval of a retirement benefits settlement valued at $14.5 million.  The case, which concerned health benefits for 1,400 retired public employees, was originally filed in 2014.
