Katie Wheeler Gamsey is an associate at Caplan Cobb, focusing her practice on complex business litigation. Katie represents both plaintiffs and defendants in various commercial litigation matters, including cases involving breaches of contract, fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, and other business torts. She also offers pre-litigation counseling to businesses facing potential legal disputes.

Before joining Caplan Cobb, Katie served as a law clerk for the Honorable David C. Norton of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. She also practiced at Alston & Bird LLP, where she gained valuable experience in federal litigation, handling both individual and class-based claims under federal statutes.
