Emily C. Snow is an associate at Caplan Cobb, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Emily represents both plaintiffs and defendants in various matters, including business torts, class actions, and appellate proceedings.

Before joining Caplan Cobb, Emily served as a law clerk to the Honorable J. P. Boulee in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Prior to law school, she worked in international development with a focus on sub-Saharan Africa and also served as a consultant with Deloitte for the federal government.

Emily earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif and served as Executive Notes Editor for the Georgia Law Review. She also holds a Master of Science in Human Rights from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and she earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in English and French from Wake Forest University.
